ABOUT ME

My professor started my first college class by saying, "You are becoming a journalist to help people, to share the stories that need to be heard." And, that is when I knew I belonged in the field.

I graduated in May 2023 from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Mass Communications with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism. Throughout college I have made it a goal to be versatile in the sports world --- learning the roles in social media, behind the camera, in front of the lens, as a writer, and as a videographer/photographer.

Throughout my four years I have been an anchor and reporter for the PBS affiliate airing in the 13th largest media market, covered USF athletics as the assistant sports editor of the award-winning campus newspaper The Oracle, spent my time behind the broadcast booth for ESPN+ and exercised my skills as a photographer/videographer with my full frame camera and FAA Part 107. All while being on track to graduate with honors through the Judy Genshaft Honors College. After college, I was also given a chance to become the Creative Content Specialist for the Fowler Avenue Collective, USF's premier NIL collective.

I have a passion for using a variety of mediums to share the magic that drives the sports world. I live for the excitement of telling a good story.
